Namaste!

On behalf of the in-coming Executive Committee, I want to thank you all for giving us the opportunity to serve you, and would also like to thank the departing Committee for their dedicated service.

GSSA’s Mission is to champion our Members to grow personally, professionally, emotionally, and spiritually by using compassion, unique perspective, and the belief in Gujaratis’ inherent goodness, integrity, and enormous potential to help each other. We provide a community for those who find joy in celebrating the Gujarati culture and Gujarati people.

Many things to look forward to in 2017 are ahead!

First off, we would like to inform ALL MEMBERS, that we are in the process of making a new directory. Deadline to submit all information will be May 13th, 2017, at the Picnic. Look for a Member Info Form on Facebook and in an email blast.

We will also be collecting gently, used Women’s and Girls’ Indian clothing at Holi, on 3/11, for donation for the poor in India.

We are also introducing 2 GSSA Scholarship Awards to our Members’ Graduating High School Seniors. A wrttten essay will be required and proof of attendance at 2-3 GSSA Events! Please look out for further details on our Facebook page. Lastly, our 2018 DIWALI date has been set for  SAT. NOV. 10, 2018.

We sincerely appreciate and thank the generous support of advertisers and sponsors. We encourage you to please patronize them. We also gratefully appreciate all of our lifelong volunteers and former committee members and their spouses for their unconditional support.
